The
langdales is possibly my favorite part of the lakes, it is a little more
difficult to reach than other parts, hence making it that little more quiet.
A few months before this photograph (when i was without camera) the mist
had laid in the bottom of this valley allowing the mountains on all sides
to poke through. To this day i don't think i have ever seen a more beautiful
view, and i didn't have the camera. It looked like something from the Alps,
as you couldn't see the base of the mountains making them look 10's of thousands
of feet tall. When this image was taken, one of the images on the memory
card corrupted on the top half. Meaning i had to fill in the best i could
with photo shop. This problem is on the left hand side of the panoramic.
